About the event
Join TyneTipples, the North East–based wine events and education company known for making wine fun, accessible, and completely jargon-free, at Black Chalk Wine, one of England’s leading modern wineries, on Wednesday 19th March at 6pm.
Set among the vines at Black Chalk’s Hampshire winery, Battle of the Wines: Black Chalk vs The World is a friendly, interactive evening celebrating great wine and good company. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz and a short tour of the winery, before settling in for a guided blind tasting of six wines — three from Black Chalk and three surprise challengers from around the globe — designed to spark debate, curiosity, and a bit of healthy competition.
Your £40 ticket includes the full blind tasting, a behind-the-scenes tour of Black Chalk Winery, delicious nibbles throughout the evening, and a light-hearted wine quiz with spot prizes.
