Black Chalk Classic showcases precise fruit focus with a textured palate and exceptional purity. By avoiding malolactic fermentation,
the wine retains the fresh, crisp characterthat defines Black Chalk.
Aged for at least 22 months on lees and an additional 6 months on cork post disgorgement, the wine gains complexity and depth. A touch of oak (10%) adds subtle richness.
Ideal as an aperitif with crisps and canapés, it also pairs beautifully with shellfish like oysters, crab, and prawns.
