Sparkling Wines

Our small batch traditional method sparkling wines are created using the three classic varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Characterised by a complex balance of richness and purity, we aim for all our sparkling wines to showcase crisp, clean, fruit forward styles with a very English finish.

Sparkling Wines

Our two award winning wines, Inversion 2020 and Paragon 2020 are our most technically focussed wines yet. With careful clonal, yeast strain and oak selections, alongside our minimal intervention approach, they show the extraordinary potential and purity of our Test Valley Hampshire fruit.

Still Wines

We made our first still wine, Dancer in Pink Rosé, in 2020 and in 2022 we added a Chardonnay to our still wine range, using grapes from across the border in Kent. These small batch wines are full of personality; fruit driven, generous and smooth pairing perfectly with food or simply enjoyed by themselves.
