Get ready for an adventure with a Totally Wild UK and wild fermentation expert Rachel de Thample in our beautiful Circle Vineyard!

This brilliant event marries wild food with wild fermentation. You’ll venture out to learn what to forage around our winery and be shown you how to then transform your wild things into delicious gut-health ferments. From lacto-fermented olives made with hedgerow sloes or summer cherries, to English damsons fermented like Japanese umboshi.
Once you're finished, join us in our Tasting Room to enjoy a glass of locally grown fermented Grape juice or two!
