Sparkling Wines

We make small batch, traditional method sparkling wines from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The classics, done our way. Our minimal intervention winemaking strikes a balance of richness and purity, bright fruit at the core, and a clean, unmistakably English finish.

Still Wines

Still wines weren't part of the plan, but we launched our first still wine, Dancer in Pink Rosé, in 2020. Two years later, we added a Chardonnay from Kent’s chalky soils. Small-batch, full of character, and bursting with fruit, these wines demand attention, whether you’re pairing them with food or drinking straight from the glass.
