Sparkling Wines

Our small batch traditional method sparkling wines are created using the three classic varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Characterised by a complex balance of richness and purity, we aim for all our sparkling wines to showcase crisp, clean, fruit forward styles with a very English finish.

Still Wines

We produced our first still wine, Dancer in Pink Rosé, in 2020. In 2022, we expanded the range with a Chardonnay, using grapes sourced from across the border in Kent. Made in small batches, these wines are full of character and united by the chalky soils on which they grow. They’re fruit forward, generous, and perfect alongside food or simply enjoyed on their own.
